Anxiety and Panic attacksI lived with panic attacks for over 15 years know. Ive taken medication but at this point I dont take anything. Ive learned to cope and not put myself in situations that bother me.Not meaning I do not test myself to do things. Relaxation and breathing exercises do help and realizing Iam not crazy.I felt like why me?
