My GP just raised my Celexa from 10mg to 20mg after 4 weeks because we both agreed it was doing little more than lifting my spirits a bit. Do I now have to wait another 3 to 4 weeks before we can determine the effectiveness, or should this period be shorter because of the 4 weeks I spent at 10mg? My instinct is that I do have to wait 3 to 4, but I want to confirm it. Thanks as always.
