Anxiety

I suffer from PSTD, GAD, OCD I also have IBS. I have been on paxil since 1996, and trazodone for insomnia, and klonopin which has worked well for the IBS pain and GAD. I got off of paxil in April, did tofranil, then norpramin which did well. I had lot's of energy. Well, I have gotten in the beginning of a relationship, first since my divorce 4 years ago. I have sweating, nervous stomach, burning sensations, constant anxiety! Well, I started back on the 20mg of Paxil and dropped the Norpramin. I'm wondering if the paxil will work again after so many years. This is my 7th day on it and I'm not noticing much change. I also go to counseling and biofeedback.

It is a little early to tell after seven days. Paxil needs a few weeks to assess its effect.
