Dr.,

Thanks for your reply. However, how much weight are we talking about here that it puts so many Dr.s off?

I know many people on SSRIs complain of adding on 10-15 lbs. when using these drugs for several months, but I always wonder if feeling better improves appetite (it always does for me) which might account for some (maybe not all) of the weight gain.

It is usually ten pounds or so, but I've seen forty.
