Hello, I was wondering what are the signs of GAD, particularly Nausea, I've often felt a loss of appetite as well, these feelings usually occur predominatly during evening hours. I've been feelings this way for quite a while and wanted to know if this was part of GAD before I spoke to my doctor.

There is a whole section on GAD to the left of this message. The DSM diagnosis is part of it. While nausea is not part of the diagnosis, I have seen nausea in a few patients with GAD as the predominant symptom that brought them to treatment. There are many other common causes of nausea that are not psychiatric in origin.
