Asperger's Syndrome

I'm a female Aspie. Diagnosed at age 16. Now 21. I was sexually abused/raped when I was 17 and again last year. I am having trouble dealing with the sexual abuse and feel so ashamed and think it was my fault cause of the Asperger's. I haven't told my family for fear of them judging me. My question is how can I get past the sexual abuse.
