my son is 4 years old and he is does not talk at all. the only thing that he does is making sqicky sounds (singing weird song). he is so hyperactive, he does not like to play with toys and he is on respiradal medicine to calm him.
i took him for hearing test and he is fine with his hearing. please help I am soo stressed about this.
