Best friends son

My best friend has a son just over 2 years old. i think due to his behaviour and speech delay he may be austistic. he starts playgroup in september and i dont know if i shuld tell her my suspicions as i have a brother with aspergers syndrome and is on the spectrum or weather i should leave it to the staff of the playgroup and see if they pick it u. im in a moral dilemma, please help!
