I just finished watching Jenny McCarthy on Oprah and some of the signs her son had my son also has but on a smaller scale. I have a 20 month old son. He's funny, silly, likes to cuddle, and is outgoing. However, I'm concerned of some of his behaivors. He plays with his toy cars but he also lines them up in a perfectly straight line. He also, for fun as well as part of a tantrum will bang his head against the wall or floor. He's very particular of which sippie cup his juice is in. He loves escalators and any kind of latches. He used to have allergies to milk, egg whites, dogs and cats...though he seems to have outgrown most of those allergies I'm still concerned the allergies are another symptom. I know this note is all over the place I just can't seem to get my thoughts in order. If there is anyone who can help me stop over-reacting or point me in the right direction...I don't want to make a mad dash to the pediatricians office so he can look at me like I'm an overreactive first time mom.

If your concerned you should tell your pediatrician about your concerns, you don't need to make a mad dash just make an appointment. Everything is probable fine but why not have piece of mind.
