Am I the only one who avoids people, even family as much as possible. I am very lonely but the thought of getting to know someone and getting personal freaks me out. I don't trust anyone and think that everyone is judging me and disapprove of my decisions.

I have also noticed that over a period of several years I have begun to pull away from friends and family to the point of just not going out of my home at all.. avoiding activities such as shopping, eating out that I once enjoyed quite a bit.
