Do you know what the reason is for getting depressed in the first place, back when you first got treated for it? Usually, when you're depressed or just don't feel happy, it's for a reason and it may help to try and deal with that issue.
You getting raped wasn't your fault, that was the action of someone else, unfortunately, againts you. The fact that you are using your last strenghts to hold on to your life must mean that it actually matters to you, and you shouldn't let other people's actions against you make you loose your love for life, your life.
If you think it can't get any worse, is it possible it could actually get a little better with some effort? The world is full of people that care, one just needs to to find them!
