dear doc,
I am undergoing depression. The whole environmental vista seems altogether different since the depression began. It seems that everything has expanded or constricted. Whatever it is, it is certainly not the same and is a very different feeling. I don't know how to describe this symptom to my therapist. Is there a word for it?
Also I always feel that my head is under mild compression from all around and this is disturbing all day long. This second symptom can be probably described as a kind of headache, I think. Am I right?

I think you would be better off describing the experience rather than trying to find the proper label.
