In actions and side effects, how is Lexapro like Celexa? What sets it apart?

Lexapro is the active isomer of Celexa. Chemicals come in two isomers:left handed and right handed. It is twice as specific and you only need half the dose. While the company claims that it causes fewer side effects, I have yet to see the evidence, so I can't comment on whether or not that is so. The mechanism of action and side effects are identical since it is the left handed version of the same chemical without the right handed version.
