I have used paxil for OCD GAD, PSTD and it has been helpful, except it makes me tired. I was off of it and on Norpramin 75mg for the last 4 months and I had less depression and more energy, lots of energy! Without the paxil, the OCD and GAD came back bad, lots of anxiety SO, I started back on the paxil, 20mg. Would it be safe to take 15mg of paxil and 50mg of Norpramin? I also take 50mg of trazodone for insomnia.

It is an accepted practise to augment the SSRI (Paxil) with a tricyclic (norpramine) and vice versa. I do not like to go into specifics of any one case and would suggest you talk to your MD. I would say that it is an reasonable suggestion.
