Dear sir,
I read somewhere that fish oil contain omega-3 fatty acids which are good for reducing depression I have been having seven seas capsule (cord liver oil). Can you tell me if they are harmful for long term use or not. Will my body cholesterol levels be raised by taking these.

I am unfamiliar with seven seas capsules. Omega 3 fatty fish oils are more likely helpful to your total lipid profile and do not raise body cholesterol.
