dear doc,
I can pinpoint 20th Aug as the exact date on which my depression began, as I started to have early morning nausea. Now I have been steadily improving. Would it be possible to give the exact date of the end of depressive episode, if this illness does go away.

Most people do not recognize the exact date that depression leaves as symptoms fade gradually. Of course, most people cannot pinpoint the day it starts either, so there are always exceptions.
