I am a 56 year old female who self diagnosed my problem. Seeing a psych for over 25 years doesn’t enter into this issue. OCD wasn’t even a diagnosis when I was a kid. But the things I did, and continue to do, have affected my entire life. I am embarrassed by the constant scratching, picking, pulling of my hair and face.
