Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

hi my husband is obsessed with cleaning,there is only two of us living in the house it is a large house with four bedrooms we dont use them all,every single day the house has to be cleaned from top to bottom even if no one has been in all day,the house is spotless he insists it is a mess and filfthy,everyone else that visits my house says it looks unlived in like a show house,i cant take it anymore it makes me so unhappy,he makes me feel guilty if i dont help him with the house work,he swears and is in a very bad mood about how he has to clean the house all the time even though it does not need doing,as soon as he gets up it has be done if i have a cup of coffee when i get up i feel guilty he starts cleaning and complaining,when he gets in from work he will often say that i have not cleaned the house even though i have ,he is also the same with the car complaining it looks a mess he has a real problem,once he has done the cleaning he is no longer in a mood but it is a horrible atmosphere for me it is making me very unhappy,can anyone suggest any help for him or me ,he is a lovely guy i love him so much but i cant ignore it anymore
