fear of dirt, disgusted by my disgust

Hello all,
Recently I have devoloped a fear of dirty things. It's mainly a bathroom thing somewhat a kitchen thing. If the sponge for washing dishes gets used for anything else even counter top cleaning, I get sooo grossed out. I throw away all the sponges and start my system again. A different sponge for each job. I am terrified something someone will touch or something will touch my toothbrush....new toothbrushes of course. I can no longer take baths, our tubs sealant has darked a bit, I scrub and scrub and It's just stained, I don't know maybe It's mold. I already had my husband pull it out and rechaulk the entire thing. But it darkened again. I have started taking my contact lenses out to brush or shower, my vision is pretty bad so I am unable to see "dirty" things. I have looked at other peopl'e house's and majority are the same as my bathroom.
These fears were not with me a year ago. I was the one that didn;t worry about gerrms much and thought a healthy immune system needed to be exposed to some germs. I was the casual new mother, many new moms used tons of bleach cleaners for anything that might be slightest bit exposed to air it seemed. I know as Americans, we are thought of a culture of germ phobics. The ads on TV scareing the crap out of you that anything we or our kid's touch, could have GERMS and even close in on fake horriyfying looking bacteria and such. I am an earthy type of person. I had succombed to purchasing 20 different cleaners, most of which I know, are more toxic than the germs. Now I buy it all. does anyone else have something like this going on? what will help me get rid of these insane ridiculous anxieties? I am already on Paxil to help deal with this and it;s not helping!!!!!!!!
