hello
im rahul my problem is that whenever i see the bp measuring machine i feel exited and my bp increases to sometimes 110/180
kindly suggest me the remedy

Sounds like white coat syndrome.Dont look at the machine or get it done manually.Its a benign condition where you get nervous which raises your blood pressue.Its very very common.(Im an RN)
