I have been suffering with this since mid-Feb. I am drug intolerant so all I can take are herbal remedies - valerian, passion flower, St. John’s Wort. Quebec has an over the counter remedy called Relaxen which helps greatly. It is the only province in Canada that sells this calming herbal remedy mix.
