Is it possible for someone to be unknowingly drugged with something that may cause a severe personality change in a matter of months? If so, can it be proven? The personality change is from quite passive to extremely angry and paranoid

While anything is possible including medical conditions, the onset of angry and paranoid affect is usually due to a mental illness. There really is no drug that would do this.
