I have been bullied by my line manager for the last 8ys.I have been having panic attacks etc for the last 3 months along with reactive depression Both my doctor and psychiatric nurse tell me i have ptsd and i am due to see a psychiatrist for diagnosis.I raised a greivance but the company did nothing about the bullyng.I am worried that when i am better i may have to go back to work and face the bully which i know i am unabe to do.Will the psychiatrist be able to give me a certificate to say i am not fit to return to this place of work and when will he do this?My health insurance will only pay if i am incapacitated.
