Hello,
I just joined and don't know if you will even get this since it's been over a year since you posted your question about your illness.

Just in case:

Have you been tested for Acute Intermittent Porphyria? It is a rare blood disease. I had several surgeries before I went to the ER one last time, and met my medical miracle man.

Back then, you had to tinkle in a dark room and place it in a brown paper bag so no sunlight would hit it.

Go to your family doctor or an internist, or better yet, see a hematologist/oncologist. If you do have it, usually you have to be seen ever 3-4 months. There is also a support group that is very helpful.

Hope you got better,
