I am just trying to figure out whats happened...

Normally everything is fine, again no symptoms during day to day life (only during arousal) but when I get an erection I can move the penis from left to right but if I try to move it down horizontally (much as it has to be positioned for "female on top" intercourse) I feel a pulling and pain at the base of the penis I would describe as an 6-7 but severe enough I have to stop and can not move the penis further horizontal.

I have read information that indicates possible trauma but usually we noticed such trauma and I have no memory of anything which could have caused this.

I have not noticed any external visual indications of whats going on but I am looking for similar cases and experiance with such issues.
