Undiagnosed Conditions

Hello, your advice will be appreciated, Thank you.

I’m 28. Over the last few months it feels like I need to go for a wee virtually all the time, but I often go to the bathroom and nothing happens. I also have a bit of an ache or slight uncomfort down there.

About 8 years ago I had a swollen testicle (to roughly double in size), and a very heavy dull ache (almost unbearable). I saw my GP who referred me to a urologist but by the time of my appointment I was feeling normal again so I cancelled the appointment. I now wish I had gone anyway. I had this heavy dull ache on several occasions which usually disappeared within 24 hours. I think it was often after I had an erection in a nightclub. I am a virgin. I don't know if there is anything to worry about.

It might be unrelated but generally I also often have lower back ache and I sometimes have shortness of breath and chest pain / tightness. I've been on Sertraline medication for 6 days for Obsessive compulsive disorder
