Undiagnosed Conditions

I am in my mid 30's. When I finish urinating everything seems fine. But several seconds later a few drops will come out. This has been going on for over a year, getting more pronounced. Also I recently began having pain on my lower left side near my crotch. On a pain scale of 1 - 10 the worst has been a 2. It is mainly a mild discomfort but it is always there. I am not sure if the two symptoms are related.
